Morgan Jewelers, Inc. offers the following Returns Policy:
All purchases are covered by the standard return policy: 15 from receipt for full refund, less shipping. 30 days from receipt for full merchandise credit, less shipping. No returns are accepted after 30 days from receipt.
Loose Stones All loose stones come with an appraisal certificate that must be returned in order to process a full refund. If the certificate is not returned with the stone the refund amount will be reduced by $50 to cover the cost of the certificate. Stone authenticity must be verified before a refund can be processed.
Jewelry Jewelry items are returnable per standard guidelines for refund or credit if pricing tags have not been removed. Items with missing/removed tags or that show use or wear are not returnable.
Products that have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or that show use or wear will not be accepted for refunds or exchange. Engraved items are non-returnable.
Watches, Clocks & Gifts Defective items may be returned at no cost to the buyer (including shipping), for a full refund or repair. Non-defective items may be returned within 15 days from receipt for full refund less shipping and in the original packaging. After 30 days from receipt merchandise credit will be issued for returns, less shipping costs.
